We\u2019re super excited about this collaboration with the Lethbridge Jazz Society that is part of the summer long Arts in the Parks performance series facilitated by the City of Lethbridge and New West Theatre!!<\/p>\n<p>The line-up is absolutely stellar, packed with first rate, highly renowned blues performers and the schedule* looks like this:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1:00pm: Intro\/ MC Andrew Legg<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1:30pm: Paul Kype &amp; Texas Flood<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2:30pm: Jack Semple<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3:30pm: Rondel Roberts Band<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>4:45pm: Satellite &amp; The Harpoonist<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>6:00pm: Kat Danser &amp; The Tall Tales<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>*Please note that Rondel Roberts and SatHarp have switched places since the original schedule was released.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Some other important notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>there will be food trucks and a beer garden (courtesy of New West Theatre)<\/li>\n<li>this is a <strong>free event<\/strong> but donations will be warmly accepted (so bring cash, wink, wink, nudge, nudge)\u2026\u2026..by the way donations of $10 or more are eligible for a draw for some great prizes!!!<\/li>\n<li>there will be drinking water at the site so bring your own bottle or mug<\/li>\n<li>bringing along a chair, a blanket and your own snacks &amp; beverages is a great idea!!!!&#8230;&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>COVID &#8211; 19 Notice<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>The organizers, Geomatic Attic &amp;The Lethbridge Jazz Society, strongly encourage attendees of this event to be double-vaccinated if they are eligible to do so.\u00a0 We also will be monitoring and recommending social distancing where necessary.\u00a0 Masks and hand sanitizer will be accessible on site if you don&#8217;t have your own.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Coulee Blues Fest, coming up this Saturday, August 28 at Civic Centre Park (at the northwest corner of 11 Street and 6 Avenue South).
